SFP-10G-BX40 is a long-distance 10G SFP+module that uses single fiber bidirectional (BiDi) technology. With higher transmission power (1-5dBm) and better reception sensitivity, it extends the transmission distance to 40 kilometers while maintaining a single fiber bidirectional architecture. It is a cost-effective choice in medium to long-distance network scenarios where fiber resources are scarce.10Gb SFP+ transceiver uses wavelength division multiplexing technology to simultaneously transmit and receive on a single core fiber, saving 50% of fiber resources compared to traditional dual fiber solutions. It is an ideal choice for medium to long-distance scenarios such as urban access, park interconnection, and cross city DCI.

Applications

  • Connect aggregation layer and access layer nodes within a coverage range of 40km, replacing the dual fiber scheme with single fiber transmission to improve fiber core utilization.
  • When the fiber optic pipeline is full and new fibers cannot be laid, but the network needs to be upgraded to 10G bandwidth or connected to nodes within 40km, a single backup fiber can be used for bidirectional transmission.
  • Suitable for forward transmission of 4G base station CPRI and 5G base station eCPRI, in compliance with CPRI and eCPRI protocol standards
  • Outdoor cabinets, base stations, industrial automation networks, extreme temperature environments
