Multi-Fiber Backbone Solutions up to 144 Cores
As a leading fiber connectivity manufacturer, Yingda offers a comprehensive range of premium MPO/MTP trunk cables from 8 to 144 fibers, engineered for high-density 40G/100G/400G/800G data centers and long-distance enterprise backbones. Our industrial-grade backbone solutions feature authentic US Conec MTP® Elite connectors and regional-compliant jackets (OFNP Plenum / CPR LSZH), delivering ultra-low insertion loss and heavy-duty reliability for seamless network scalability.
Yingda has been committed to the production and assembly of MPO trunk cables from 2012. All products are strictly produced according to telecom, IEC TIA standards and have won unanimous praise from customers. When customers choose MPO trunk cable, please focus on the three dimensions: fiber core number matching, environmental adaptability and loss control, so as to improve the efficient laying of data centers, 5G, industrial fields, and ensure high-speed and low-latency signal transmission.

Our 48 to 144-fiber trunk cables utilize a ruggedized microcable design. Inside the master outer jacket, the fibers are segmented into independent, jacketed 12-fiber sub-units. Each sub-unit is color-coded and numbered for error-free termination at patch panels. This compact structure reduces cable tray congestion by up to 50% compared to traditional loose-tube cables, significantly optimizing airflow and thermal management in high-density rack environments
To sustain rigid optical power budgets over long-distance links in 400G/800G networks, we terminate our premium backbone assemblies exclusively with authentic US Conec MTP® Elite connectors. Delivering an ultra-low insertion loss (IL) of 0.35dB (compared to 0.75dB for standard MPO connectors), these high-precision components maximize link distance and prevent signal degradation, ensuring maximum headroom for future network migrations.
For long-distance corridor, conduit, or riser installations, we offer integrated, heavy-duty pulling eye protection. The pulling eye encapsulates the pre-terminated MPO/MTP connectors inside a high-tensile protective sleeve. It absorbs up to 450N (approx. 100 lbs) of pulling tension, isolating the delicate optical fibers from mechanical stress. It also shields the connector end-faces from dust, debris, and moisture during aggressive cable pulls through tight walls and pathways.
We engineer region-specific jacket materials to ensure seamless customs clearance and building audit approvals. For the North American market, we provide NFPA 262 (OFNP Plenum) rated jackets suitable for environmental air spaces. For the European Union, our cables comply with strict Construction Products Regulation (CPR) standards, offering fire ratings up to B2ca-s1a,d1,a1 to ensure low-smoke, halogen-free safety.
✅100% 3D Interferometer Tested — Every backbone cable is shipping with serialized test geometry reports.
Our high-core trunk cables feature a sub-jacketed microcable breakout structure. For example, a 144-fiber trunk cable contains twelve independent, individual-jacketed, and color-coded 12-fiber sub-units inside a rugged outer jacket. This design ensures that each sub-unit can be routed neatly into separate patch panels or cassettes without chaotic cable tangling.
Equipped with our factory-installed heavy-duty pulling eye protection mesh, our backbone cables can withstand a max pulling tension of 450N (approx. 100 lbs). We safely support continuous conduit or tray pulls up to 150 meters (500 feet). For longer distances, intermediate pull boxes are highly recommended to prevent exceeding the dynamic bend radius.
MPO 16 connector adopts a single-row 16 channel design (1×16 fiber array), with the key (KEY) biased to one side, which is a newer interface type. It is the first choice for 400G and 800G ultra-high-speed transmission in data centers.
MPO 24 connector adopts a double-row 12 channel design (2×12 fiber array), with a total of 24 channels in the upper and lower rows. It is mainly used in existing 100G networks and may be replaced by single-row high-core in the future.
Yes, 100% compliance is guaranteed. Every custom MPO/MTP assembly undergoes rigorous 3D Interferometer geometry testing along with optical Insertion Loss (IL) and Return Loss (RL) validation. An individualized, serialized test report is enclosed inside every shipped cable reel to ensure seamless passing of strict international engineering audits.
Yes, 16 fiber MPO trunk cable are the core components for 400G and 800G transmission, it is large productivity now.
This happen usually caused by the male plug being tilted when inserted, causing the guide pin to scratch or hit by external force. You can keep the axial insertion vertical during docking and prohibit repeated plugging and unplugging to avoid it. If the bent guide pin cannot be repaired, it is recommended to replace the damaged patch cord.
Yingda can make your logo or brand stickers on the inner pack bag or outer cartons boxes to help you promote.
For standard configurations, our factory's typical production lead time is 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
