Accelerate your high-speed networking with future-ready patch cords engineered for high-density architectures. As a premier MPO/MTP patch cord manufacturer, Yingda provides enterprise-grade and carrier-class multi-fiber cable assemblies optimized for 40G, 100G, 400G, and 800G data centers. Utilizing elite components and precision manufacturing, our MPO/MTP fiber cables streamline space allocation, enhance airflow, and dramatically cut installation timelines for critical infrastructure.
As a high-density fiber connection solution, MPO patch cords and related supporting products are widely used in the following areas with the advantages of multi-core parallel transmission and modular deployment: Data center and cloud computing, 5G fronthaul and bearer network, Industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing, Medical imaging and surgical equipment, Rail transportation, Aerospace, Broadcasting and ultra-high-definition video production
In critical high-bandwidth optical environments, even a fraction of a decibel matters. To guarantee unmatched signal integrity, we construct our premium line with genuine US Conec MTP® connectors and premium Corning glass. As a quality-centric MPO fiber cable supplier, we enforce:
Network topologies demand strict adherence to standards. Our production line supports full tailoring to meet your exact architecture blueprint:
Yingda wholesale all 8/12/16/24/32 fiber MPO connectors, including female or male types, and UPC APC endface.
The MPO/MTP patch cables can be in single mode fiber G.652D or multimode fibers OM3 OM4, OM5, 12 cores, 24 cors, 48cores, 72 cores, 96core or even 144cores. Outer sheath: ROHS & CE certified, LSZH, Plenum Rated (OFNP) materials.
Maintaining the correct fiber optic polarity is critical in high-density MPO/MTP cabling to ensure that the transmitter (TX) on one end seamlessly connects to the receiver (RX) on the other. Misaligned polarity will result in a complete link failure. To assist your network architecture planning, we supply custom MPO/MTP fiber patch cords in all three industry-standard polarities defined by TIA-568:
Type A (Straight-Through)
Type B (Fully Inverted / Reversed)
Type C (Pair-Flipped)
At Yingda, our focus is helping you scale with confidence. Operating automated polishing and laser cleaving lines, we combine competitive factory-direct pricing with the quick lead times your projects require. Whether you are an OEM partner, a system integrator, or a cloud distributor across Europe, North America, or Southeast Asia, we back our products with a robust 5-year warranty and end-to-end engineering support.

"MPO" (Multi-Fiber Push On) is the generic industry standard designation for ribbon-fiber connectors. On the other hand, MTP® is a registered trademark of US Conec and represents a premium, fully upgraded version of the MPO connector. MTP connectors feature a removable housing for easy re-polishing, floating ferrules to ensure stable physical contact under load, and elliptical guide pins to minimize wear. While completely backward compatible with generic MPO components, MTP patch cords yield vastly superior mechanical and optical performance, making them the preferred tier for ultra-high-density data centers.
Polarity determines how the fibers link the transmitter (TX) on one end to the receiver (RX) on the other.
Method C (Cross-Pair): Key-up to Key-down alignment; fibers are crossed in pairs (1 to 2, 2 to 1). If you are unsure which polarity standard your current network blueprint dictates, contact our engineering team to map out the appropriate deployment.
According to the fiber count inside, the MPO/MTP connector can be divided into MPO 8 fiber, MPO 12 fiber, MPO 16 connector, MTP 24 fiber, and MTP 32 fibers. And MPO/MTP connector have MTP male connector and MTP female connector according to the different MT ferrule.
The simplest solution is to observe the direction of the keyway (protrusion/groove) of the MPO connector:
The key positions at both ends of Type A/C MPO patch cord should be opposite (one end is key up and the other end is key down), and the key positions at both ends of Type B MPO patch cord should be the same, both key up or both key down. If the key direction does not meet the above rules, the polarity is wrong.
In addition, you can confirm the position of the white dot mark on the side of the MPO fiber connector (indicating the first core fiber). The white dots at both ends should be on the same side (Type A/C) or diagonally symmetrical (Type B).
First, confirm whether the polarity of the MPO patch cord is A, B, or C, and then test it according to the number of MPO fiber cores.
If it is a 12 fiber MPO connector, inject red light at the transmitting end (the first fiber is Tx), and then observe whether the position of the other end is consistent with the polarity.
If it is a 24 fiber MPO connector, inject red light from the first and 13th fibers, and observe whether the position of the other end is consistent with the polarity.
Yingda provides conventional neutral packaging bags and supports customization of customers' own labels and marks.
Ordinary MPO cables are in stock and can be shipped after labeling. If no stock, will start production and the delivery time is also very fast, usually 3-5 days. If need to assembly with module or patch panels, the delivery time will be appropriately extended.
Yingda is a MPO cable manufacturer, deeply rooted in the optical fiber industry for 15 years, with refined production and good cost control, so we will definitely give you the most competitive price.
