1G SFP Single Mode, Bidirectional Fiber Transceiver,1310/1490nm, Long Reach 40km, Simplex LC Receptacle,-5 ~ 0dBm DFB Laser,Receiver Sensitivity -24 ~-3 dBm, -5ºC ~ +70ºC, With DDM

SFP-1.25G-BX40 (often referred to as BX40 or 1.25G BIDI 40km) is a high-performance gigabit single fiber bidirectional (BiDi) long-distance single mode SFP transceiver.
In the optical communication industry, “BX” represents a single fiber bidirectional standard, and “40” represents its maximum stable relay free transmission distance of up to 40 km. It uses WDM technology to transmit and receive signals across different wavelengths within a single optical fiber, which can directly save 50% of the fiber core resources for the entire cabling project.

The biggest feature of SFP 1G single mode modules is that they cannot use exactly the same model at both ends. If both ends use A end, because the transmission wavelength is the same, the optical signals will collide in the fiber and the network cannot be opened. It is necessary to purchase one end as A (Up/U) and the other end as B (Down/D) cross pairing: here we introduce the 1310nm/1490nm pairing (which is commonly used in new devices):
A-end (BX40U): Tx 1310nm/Rx 1490nm
B-end (BX40D): Tx 1490nm/Rx 1310nm
