The MPO/MTP adapter requires that the connector inserted into the adapter has a male connector (with 2 guide pins) on one end and a female connector (with 2 positioning holes) on the other end. When connecting, the guide pins of the male connector are inserted into the positioning holes of the female connector to achieve precise docking. The housing is available in MTP type and SC adapter type. The positioning slots are either parallel or aligned up and down. There are different colors for housing with flange or flangeless.
